These rules are here for you to read if you are interested in becoming a member of "Sabbiness" These rules are here to protect you and me against false accusations of stealing, copying, editing etc. Being a Sabbiness member gives you certain rights that others do not have when it comes to using my work. Please read these rules completely and understand them before you submit a member request.

An FYI regarding graphic art on this site:

My work is all 100% by me and in some cases, its taken me years to perfect. With line art, I drew all of them from my imagination, sometimes using images on the web for ideas, but never have I traced or copied off another image. As with all graphics on this site, line art included, it is here for your creative pleasure, I only hold the copyright to the original. Whatever you create with my work is copyright to you except for the original base or outline you used. The bases are all drawn by hand using my imagination, sometimes taking days to get "perfect" - never have I or do I use images of any sort as a guide when it comes to bases. All other graphical content is made much the same... doodling as I call it. It might start as a tea cup and ends up a watering can with flowers, I let my imagination go and what you see is the outcome. I follow terms of everyone and if I am uncertain of anything, I contact the person out of respect to be sure what I have in mind is OK to do. I expect the same respect in return. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email me anytime with any questions no matter how small. No question is "stupid" or unimportant. I will always get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you haven't heard from me, PLEASE email me again.

Rules of the Members Area

Here are the rules regarding the lineart and base use:

You CAN make anything you want provided you credit me for the lineart/bases and you are not showing it as it is. (example: not colored)
You CAN edit the lineart/bases to suit your needs, but credit still needs to be given to me for the original and you must NOT post your edited version for usage or claim copyright to it.
You CAN use my lineart/bases to make things and sell them for profit, such as sigs and AV's - But credit must be given to me for the lineart/bases.
You CAN use my lineart or bases for making things in forum shops as long as you are NOT displaying the lineart/base as it is. You must have made a creation from my line art that you are using for an example. Same goes for if you are selling items for profit. Never should my lineart or bases be shown as is except for on THIS site in the members area where you save them from.
You CAN use my lineart/bases for making gifts for friends, please let them know the line art/base is from here.
You CAN use my lineart/bases to make things for printing for your own personal use. (Example: for scrapbooking, cards, etc.)
You may NOT edit my lineart/bases (or anything else for that matter) and claim its yours.
You may NOT give, sell, display, or redestribute my lineart/bases to anyone, in anyway for any reason. You are the member therefore the lineart/bases and anything else is for your use only! This is a serious rule and if this one is broken you will be banned from sabbiness.net until I no longer exhist on the internet.
You may NOT edit my lineart/bases and display it in your member area for others to use.
You may NOT make something with my lineart/bases (or anything) and use it in doll makers, or any makers of any sort!
You may NOT make tubes with my lineart or bases or anything from here. (You MUST have a TUBE license to be able to tube my bases and lineart - if you don't you CAN'T sell, show, or make tubes from my work)

Here are the rules regarding: sigs, av's, emoticons, layouts, moods, adoptables, etc. etc.:

For your personal use only
Not to be made into gifts for friends
Should not be copied, edited, given out, displayed without credit, changed etc..
Always provide a clickable link for credit
Read rules on the top of specific pages for basic terms on certain things

Here are the rules regarding tubes:

Must be put together or made into something before sold, used or displayed.
Can NOT be sold or given AS tubes.
Do not take parts from the tubes and tube your own.

General Rules and Important info:

Never should you give your username and/or password to ANYONE at anytime for any reason. Breaking this rule will get you and the person(s) you shared the info with banned from this and all sites associated with sabbiness.net.
Never should you give anyone anything from here as it is... meaning you NEED to make it "special" and "unique" so that you are not giving someone an exact replica of something here. This should be a common sense rule.
There are NO refunds if you are banned from here for breaking a rule, same goes for if you come in and decide you are not getting your money's worth - I will NOT refund your money, sorry.
You must have a web site to join Sabbiness Members. Why? Many reasons, but the main one is I need to know you are a legit person who follows rules, which I will be able to see on your web site.
If you have a members area I will need access from time to time to be sure terms are followed.
Never should you duplicate any parts of this site, textual, graphical or otherwise. Doing so is illegal.
Using anything in members area is allowed as long as you are a member.

Rules are subject to change at any time for any reason

I reserve the right to refuse membership, which seldom happens, BUT, it can if:
#1 - You have any copyright material on your site. Examples of that would be Sayclub or Candybar graphics.
#2 - You've been known to edit, copy, or otherwise break other sites TOU.
#3 - You don't have credit displayed for your creations - you should be giving credit where its due.
#4 - You have an adult site. Why would I allow a porn site to join my members area? What would you want to do with my bases??
#5 - Your site is commercial - in which case you must contact me and let me know which business you own and how you want to use your membership here.
#6 - Your site isn't in English or isn't english translated.

Here are some question's and answer's that might help you understand the terms better. If you have a question, please email me and I will post it here as well and answer you.

Q: I don't have a web site, but I am a member of a few forums, can I still be a member? A: No, sorry.... You must have a website.

Q: I made a friend a gift using your line art, does she have to link back to you? A: It would be appreciated yes, but I can't control that. Just inform her you got the line art from here and give her the URL.

Q: I would like to purchase a membership for a friend of mine, can I do this? A: Yes, just contact me.

Q: I don't have a paypal account, can I send you a cheque or cash through snail mail? A: No, sorry, payments must be made through paypal.

Q: I would like to trade memberships with you? A: Depends. Our members area content must be similar. I don't trade with strictly sig tag or tube sites. Please contact me, but I can't guarantee I'll trade.

Q: Do I have to pay you in Canadian Funds? A: Yes!

Q: A friend of mine gave me a gift and said if was from your members area, but shes not a member, what should I do? I don't want her to think I'm a rat? A: Do what you think is right. I would appreciate you telling me - and I can contact this person without mentioning your name.

Q: Can I pay you monthly? A: No, sorry.

Q: Can I make tubes with things I make from your line art? A: No. You need to buy a liscence!

Q: Can I make tubes with things I make from your bases? A: No. You need to buy a liscence!

Q: I used your tubes to make some sigs and used some of your lineart with it - do I have to credit you for both on the page the items are displayed? A: Well, lets put it this way. You use a part of my tubes and some lineart and create a sig tag to sell. You SHOULD have a link somewhere on that page stating something like "Tubes and Lineart provided by Sabbiness" and link back to http://sabbiness.net/pixels - I would appreciate you credit the two things differently since they are two totally different things with different terms.

Q: Why don't you contact me back right away? A: Well, I answer my emails as soon as I can and in order of importance. For example, if I get two emails at the same time, one is having trouble logging in and the other is a membership request. I will answer the logging in problem one FIRST then answer the membership request email. I get many emails a day and take care of 2 kids under the age of 5. I promise I will get to you ASAP. You can always email me back and send me a reminder, I have no problem with that, and sometimes I need it - my memory is awful.

Q: Lets be partners on a sig site? A: In all honesty I like to work alone. I'm a loner, always have been. I am picky and a perfectionist and need things done a certain way or I get all stressed and goofy. LOL!

Q: Do you accept sig trades? A: Sometimes, if you have a tag I really like and you see one of mine you really like, mine as well trade rather then paying eachother the same amount for a tag, lol!!

Q: Want to be my pixel sister? A: In all honesty I kind of took a back seat on the sister thing since not being really active in the dolling community, I make a crappy sister right now, lol! My "sisters" are: Luscious, Kels, Critter, Heather, Xena - they've been my sisters for ages and I'm extreemly close to these ladies, I love them to pieces. But I also concider other people (Angel Dreams, Stephie, Dymstry, Swannie, Mendifae, Bunny, and more) sisters in a way since I've known them for a while and talk to them via msn or email. I don't take on anymore sisters, I don't have the time. But I'm always open to new friendships.
